Important Information

• Booking amount – INR 25,000 per person as non-refundable deposit amount
• Cancellation policy:
     o 75 days prior to departure 25% of the tour Cost
     o 60 days prior to departure 50% of the tour Cost
     o 45 days prior to departure 75% of the tour Cost
     o 35 days prior to departure 100% of the tour Cost
• Insurance amount calculated up to the age of 69 years
• The tour cost is calculated based ROE as of 09 June , in the event of any fluctuations in the ROE, the tour cost will be revised accordingly as per www.xe.com
• Group will operate with Maharaj service only if the group strength is minimum 40 pax travelling together.
• Please do carry Original Passport with Minimum 6-Months Validity from the Date of Arrival of Tour along with sufficient blank pages for Visa stamping at Immigration.
• Please reach the Airport for Check-in minimum 3-Hours before the Flight Departure Time.
• Check-in Baggage is usually 20 kgs vary from airline to airline and hand baggage of 7 kgs
• Hotels might charge a Security Deposit in Cash / Credit Card depending on the hotels policy and the guests have to pay the same at the time of Check-In.
• Standard Check-In Time is 1500-1600 Hours and Check-Out Time is 1000-1200 Hours.
• Special Request like Early Check-In, Late Check-Out, Rooms Next to each other, Rooms on higher floors, etc. cannot be guaranteed and always remain Subject to Availability and are always at hotel’s discretion at the time of Check-In.
• Mayur Suvidha Travels LLP will not be held responsible for flight delays, missed flights, loss of baggage at airports, damaged baggage by airlines, theft and even accidental damages before / after / during flight and any vehicle breakdown, any loss of personal belongings, theft, damages, accidents, injuries or even death on/off tour due to uncalled circumstances or even in the act of God.
• Hotels mentioned are subject to change and in case of non-availability similar category hotels will be provided.
• Breakfast at Hotels is of international standards and follow a Continental Buffet Menu.
• Final Confirmation Itinerary will generally be shared within 72-Hours of the Travel Date.
• The Company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers.
• All the services are pre-paid & no refund will be given for any changes done or any unused portion of the tour due to whatsoever reason. No refund will be given if any sightseeing is missed due to delay in flight, vehicle breakdown or any natural calamity.
• Any complains pertaining to hotels, cruise, transfers, restaurants, sightseeing, etc. need to be
intimated on the spot either to local agent or to our office to resolve in the best possible way; after arrival no complains will be entertained.
